Summer Intern - Software Engineer in Test
Gain real-world internship experience with a highly successful designer/manufacturer of computer-controlled fruit sorting technology exported globally
We are looking for Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Science or Control Systems students to assist our Software Development teams with some improvement projects including:
- Designing, implementing and validating test cases including automated unit and integration tests
- Investigating open source tools for building software
- Creating a robust software tool and supporting database for cataloguing and accessing our collection of image sequences
The technical skills we need for these projects include experience with C#, C++, SQL, python, and some experience developing GUI based software tools. The core strengths we are looking for are research ability, an analytical mind and great communication skills. We are open to students in their 2nd through 4th year of study.
