Data Entry Administrator (Fixed Term)
We are on the lookout for someone who can help our Shipping team to process invoices and enter data into our systems during a busy period. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of the supply chain process is desired, we can show you the rest. This is a one-month fixed term role.
Some of your duties would include (but are not limited to) completing administrative and data entry tasks in an accurate and timely manner including entering data into Company systems and coding invoices.
We are looking for agile, enthusiastic and talented multitaskers who are happy to roll up their sleeves, get the job completed on time and handle changing priorities with a smile. Attention to detail and a pride in producing quality results will come naturally to you.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Must be able to take accountability for actions and manage tasks through to completion
- Good computer skills in all commonly used office systems especially excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy while doing data entry.
